Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Netface services are provided by Hilmi Çakmak, operating as the sole proprietorship Netface Yazılım ve Bilişim Teknolojileri in Türkiye ("Netface", "we"). Address: Alemdağ Mah. 141. Sk. These terms set out the general rules for your Netface account. The features, limits and price of a paid service are shown on the service page and in the order summary before you order. Purchases are also governed by the Distance Sales Agreement.

2. Your account

You need a verified email address to open an account. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at support@netface.net if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. Billing and subscription roles in Netface Console do not by themselves give access to product data.

3. Netface Storage

Netface Storage is Netface's own S3-compatible object storage service. You manage buckets, access keys and usage in the Netface Storage workspace, and your account, subscriptions and invoices in Netface Console.

You keep all rights to the data you store. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy and Personal Data Notice. You are responsible for having the rights needed to store the data you upload and for keeping your access keys confidential.

4. Acceptable use

Use Netface services lawfully. Do not store or distribute unlawful content, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, or disrupt the service or other customers.

We may investigate credible reports of misuse and act in proportion to the risk, as described in section 6.

5. Fees and payment

Prices are shown on the service page and in the order summary. The total including applicable taxes, the billing period and the currency are shown before you confirm payment. The currency is set by your billing country when a subscription starts and stays the same for that subscription. Prices on the website exclude tax.

Payments are processed by a licensed payment institution. Netface does not store your full card details. Invoices are issued electronically and sent to your account email address.

6. Restriction and suspension

If a payment fails, we notify you by email and your subscription may first be restricted: you can still read and back up your data, but you cannot create new resources. If the payment is not completed, the subscription may be suspended. Netface Console and product actions are then unavailable, and S3 access to your storage closes 7 days after the suspension starts.

If there is a security incident, abuse or a legal requirement, we may suspend access immediately, including S3 access. We notify you by email unless the law or the security of others prevents it.

Your data is not deleted while a subscription is suspended. Access returns when the reason for the suspension is resolved. If a subscription ends, we tell you by email before any data is deleted and give you time to export it.

7. Ending a subscription or account

You can cancel a subscription in Netface Console. Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal are explained on the Cancellation and Refund Policy page. Closing your account, cancelling a subscription and deleting product data are separate actions; we confirm each step before it takes effect.

8. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Keep independent copies of data that is critical to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use. We announce material changes by email or in Netface Console before they take effect. The version you accepted at the time of an order stays on record for that order.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, or to the consumer courts. For business customers, the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul Anadolu have jurisdiction.
