Netface Storage is a digital service. Nothing is shipped: the service is activated in your account and delivered over the internet.
1. Activation
Your service is activated in your Netface account once the payment is confirmed, within one business day at the latest. We send you an email when it is ready.
2. Access
You create buckets and access keys in the Netface Storage workspace and connect with any S3-compatible tool. Your plan, usage and invoices are shown in Netface Console.
3. Where the service is available
The service is delivered online to customers in Türkiye and in other countries where we accept orders. No delivery address is required.
4. Support
If you have trouble accessing the service, contact support@netface.net. We answer on business days.
