Privacy and Personal Data Notice

1. Data controller

The data controller is Hilmi Çakmak, operating as Netface Yazılım ve Bilişim Teknolojileri. Address: Alemdağ Mah. 141. Sk. No:6, Çekmeköy, İstanbul, Türkiye. Contact for personal data requests: law@netface.net.

2. Personal data we process

Account data: email address, name if you provide it, account and organization identifiers, sign-in and verification records.

Order and billing data: buyer name or organization, billing address and country, tax details where required, order, subscription and payment references. Card details are entered on the payment institution's secure page; Netface does not store your full card number.

Service and security data: usage and quota figures, access key metadata, security and audit logs, IP addresses and technical connection records.

Support data: the messages and information you send us.

The content of the objects you store in Netface Storage is your data. We do not use it for any purpose other than providing the service.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

We process personal data to open and run your account, provide the services you order, take payments and issue invoices, send service and security notifications, answer support requests, keep the service secure and meet our legal obligations.

Legal grounds under KVKK Article 5(2): the processing is necessary to conclude or perform a contract (c), to comply with a legal obligation (ç), to establish, exercise or defend a right (e), or for our legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights (f). If we ever ask for your explicit consent, for example for personalized marketing, it is optional and you can withdraw it at any time.

4. How we collect data

We collect personal data electronically when you create an account, sign in, place an order, use the services or contact us.

5. Recipients

We share personal data only as far as needed for the purposes above, with these categories of recipients: cloud infrastructure and data center providers, the identity and sign-in service provider, the licensed payment institution, the email service provider for service notifications, our financial advisor, and authorized public bodies when the law requires it.

Some of these providers are located or process data outside Türkiye. Such transfers are made under KVKK Article 9, using the safeguards the law requires.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as the purpose requires or the law obliges us to, and then delete, destroy or anonymize it under the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you can ask whether your personal data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; learn the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under Article 7; request that third parties be notified of these actions; object to a result against you that arises exclusively from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

The netface.net website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Netface Console uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in securely.
