Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: Hilmi Çakmak, operating as Netface Yazılım ve Bilişim Teknolojileri. Address: Alemdağ Mah. 141. Sk. No:6, Çekmeköy, İstanbul, Türkiye. Email: support@netface.net.

Buyer: the person or organization whose details are entered in the order. The buyer's name, address, email address and billing details are taken from the order.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the digital service chosen in the order, such as a Netface Storage capacity plan or pay-as-you-go plan, with its capacity, billing period, price and term as shown in the order summary.

3. Price and payment

The total price including all taxes, the currency, the billing period and, for subscriptions, the renewal amount and date are shown in the order summary before you confirm payment. Pay-as-you-go charges are calculated from measured usage at the rate shown in the order summary. Prices shown on the website exclude tax. For currencies other than the US dollar, the price comes from the dated list valid on the order date and is fixed at the time of order; for annual subscriptions it stays the same for 12 months. At renewal, the list valid on the renewal date applies.

Payment is made by card through a licensed payment institution. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel; the renewal payment is taken with the payment method you approved. You can cancel at any time in Netface Console before the next renewal.

4. Performance of the service

The service is digital and is delivered electronically; nothing is shipped. Delivery terms are explained on the Service Delivery page.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of the day it is concluded, without giving a reason and without any penalty. To withdraw, send a clear statement to support@netface.net or use the cancellation option in Netface Console within this period.

Netface refunds the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, to the payment method used for the order. The details are on the Cancellation and Refund Policy page.

6. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to support@netface.net. Consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court of their place of residence or of the place where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.

7. Effect

The buyer confirms having read the pre-contract information and this agreement before ordering. The agreement takes effect when the buyer confirms the order electronically. A copy is sent to the buyer's email address and kept in Netface Console.
